Delivery From Rowlinson Packaging Is More Efficient Than Ever

If you have been keeping an eye on Rowlinson Packaging throughout 2022, you will have seen our team unveiling our newly refreshed branding spanning across our social media, websites and now even our vehicle livery. Boldly bringing to life each vehicle as they hit the road, it is now harder than ever not to recognise the Rowlinson blue everywhere our drivers go.

The latest edition to this fleet of vehicles is six DAF CF 480FT tractor units and seven Lawrence David 4.7m EN12642 XL trailers as part of Rowlinson Packaging Ltd (North’s) brand-new vehicle livery design.

Fuel Efficient For Every Delivery

With Wirebound Containers, Plywood Cases, Pallets and many more packaging solutions being delivered throughout the UK daily, the Rowlinson Packaging team found it to be more important than ever to have our drivers in high-quality fuel-efficient large goods vehicles.

Powered by Engine MX-13, a multi-torque 6-cylinder 12.9-litre diesel engine producing 483 hp at 1600 rpm with a maximum torque of 2500 Nm at 900-1125 rpm, these new LGVs have increased efficiency and eco-awareness with each unit having a speed control setting with Eco fuel focus on best fuel consumption.

These fuel-efficient settings, which are automatically selected, can temporarily be switched off by pushing the Eco-off button to increase the performance of the vehicle whilst still taking fuel efficiency into account.

The inclusion of these LGVs into the Rowlinson Packaging (North) fleet gives our customers peace of mind that it is not only their timber that is sourced in an eco-friendly manner, but their packaging is also delivered directly to their facility in the fastest and most energy-efficient way.

Partnerships New And Old

Our new fleet of DAF CF 480FT tractor units and Lawrence David 4.7m EN12642 XL trailers were provided by DawsonGroup Ltd. This extends the partnership for another five years and cements Rowlinson Packaging’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions through fuel efficiency and monitoring.

Throughout the development of our brand-new refreshed branding we proudly worked alongside Design Office, a local marketing company based out of Crewe that we have partnered with in the past. Bringing a fresh face to Rowlinson Packaging, they have helped us launch our newly designed vehicle livery, website and social accounts.
